Pls use a soft measuring tape to measure all the way around your body at the places shown on the diagram.
When measuring it is important to not measure too tightly, the tape should be tight enough so it sits softly against the body, but not so softly that it falls away.
Also if the piece is intended to be worn over clothing, this will add to the measurement, so please if this is the case, measure on top of your clothing, and vice versa.
